Who We Are

People Centred Therapies (PCT) is a clinician-owned, community-based therapy service committed to supporting people to build independence, achieve meaningful goals, and live fulfilling lives. We take a holistic, person-first approach and provide individualised support that reflects each person’s needs, strengths, culture, and aspirations.

Our team has extensive experience working across the NDIS and Child Safety sectors, which supports our ability to work alongside children, adolescents and adults navigating complex circumstances. We provide clear, practical guidance and collaborate closely with families, carers, and support teams to ensure supports are consistent and workable in everyday life.

At PCT, we deliver functional capacity assessments, therapy interventions, skill development programs, and assistive technology solutions that promote participation across home, school, work and the community. We focus on developing achievable strategies that are evidence-informed, strengths-based, and aligned with each person’s routines, preferences and goals.

We are committed to inclusive, respectful practice that prioritises dignity, autonomy, safety and wellbeing. Whether we’re supporting people with disability, children and young people in care, or individuals facing day-to-day challenges, our goal is the same: to help people live the life they want, in a way that makes sense for them and the people around them.
