Beau holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is a Driving Trained Occupational Therapist. As Principal Occupational Therapist, Beau provides clinical leadership across the organisation while maintaining an active caseload supporting participants of all ages.

Beau works collaboratively with participants, families and support teams to develop practical, individually tailored therapy programs designed to strengthen functional independence across home, community and vocational settings. Her recommendations are grounded in real-world application, with a clear focus on developing sustainable skills and reducing long-term reliance on supports where possible.

Leadership & Clinical Governance

Josh holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). He has completed the Yuwahn Wupin Cultural Safety Program through Griffith University and is certified in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).
He completes a variety of NDIS-related assessments including Functional Capacity Assessments, Home and Living Assessments, Assistive Technology Assessments and Reports, Low-Cost Home Modification assessments, and cognitive screening assessments such as the MoCA, Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination (ACE), and the Large Allen Cognitive Level Screen (LACLS), alongside capacity building interventions.

Josh's practice focuses on building and maintaining participants' functional capacity while supporting access to appropriate services through high-quality clinical documentation, including letters of support and comprehensive reports. He has a developing clinical interest in neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, including dementia, stroke and traumatic brain injury.
His practice is guided by the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement (CMOP-E), the Canadian Practice Process Framework (CPPF), the Canadian Assessment of Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), and elements of the Kawa Model. His previous experience as an Allied Health Assistant has provided a strong foundation for developing practical, participant-focused interventions.

Lachlan completes a variety of NDIS-related assessments and therapeutic supports including Functional Capacity Assessments, Functional Capacity Home and Living Needs Assessments, Assistive Technology Assessments and Reports, Low-Cost Home Modification prescriptions and reports, and capacity building therapy.

Levi holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and is currently completing a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis. His practice is grounded in evidence-based behavioural science and guided by the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support.
Levi provides behaviour support across the lifespan and works with participants presenting with standard, complex, and high-intensity needs.
